nagakollipara
Hi, I got I-140 approved couple of month back, and now my client is asking me to come as full time employee. And client is willing to start the greencard etc. But, if i transfer my H1b visa now, can i carry my greencard date. 1. IS it possible to get the same date which applied earlier. 2. What are the possible cases for this scenario. Thanks Naga. Link to comment
Attorney_22
Generally, as long as the I-140 is not revoked by USCIS for cause, the Beneficiary of an approved I-140 may utilize the priority date in future PERM filings. To discuss this in more detail it is advisable to speak directly with a qualified U.S. immigration attorney. Link to comment
