H4 to H1 B

Hi,

I got a new H1 on Oct 2011 and I worked till March 2012 and moved to H4 in April 2012.

Now I got an offer from company A and they applied for H1-B ,which went to RFE .

Meanwhile ,as I was not sure If comapny A's offer will work as it was more than 1 1/2 month , so I got another offer from company B and they are also planning to apply for H1-B.

Now that Company A's H1 B is approved and the very next day company filed for H1-B. Will it cause any issue. I would like to go with company B.

Will it cause any problem for the approval of H1 -B thro company B ,as I already have H1-B approved thro company -A now.
