How to process L2 Extension when L1 Petition and Visa Expired, But i94 is valid

Hi,

My visa is expiring along with my petition in Jan,2013. I got I-94 valid till 2015. Now I am planning to bring my family from India. I can bring them only after March due to some personal reason.

1. How can I process my dependent L2 visa extension and get them here?

2. What is the process for a new L2 visa for my Kid?

Please help me to get idea on the L2 process.
