miamidol Posted November 15, 2012 Report Posted November 15, 2012 I know that if H1B is filed under premium processing, the decision has to be made on 15 calendar days. My question is when does the count for 15 days start? Including the day USCIS receiving the application or day after that?
irene830 Posted November 15, 2012 Report Posted November 15, 2012 If you check your case status on USCIS webite, the date should be there.
bingo_14 Posted November 16, 2012 Report Posted November 16, 2012 I received the confirmation number and it clearly said that its 15 days from the date the application was received, not the date that is reflected on the USCIS portal. When did you apply for the premium processing. I am also waiting in the 15 days period. My case is lot croocked with RFE and amendment.
romanb4u Posted December 6, 2012 Report Posted December 6, 2012 Bingo.. did you get it? When and why did you file amendement? Did you change client and location both? Is it compulsory? Thanks let me know.
