221G pink slip @ chennai consulate

Hi,

We (myself, husband and daughter) attended interview @ chennai consulate on Nov 7th 2012. I being a primary applicant (H1) was asked many questions by VO and later he said that your's and your daughter's Visa has been approved. But they gave a pink slip for my husband (H4). When we contacted our company Immigration team they said that there is SAo administration processing going on. please let me know exactly what is that process means and how long it will take. We are much worried as our travel date to Us has been planned on Dec 20th. FYI, my husband has a comman muslim name. Please advice.
