ak_mn_10 Posted November 14, 2012 Report Share Posted November 14, 2012 June 6th 2012 - applied for H1b under regular processing August 3rd week - upgraded to PP August 31 - received RFE OCT 2nd week - replied to RFE I am still waiting to hear from them.Its way past the 15 day calender period. Did anyone have a simialr experience ? Any idea how long before Uscis responds ? Online status is not changed. Link to comment
