h1b transfer issue- please help experts

I am working with Company A and Company B applied For Transfer and transfer is approved but i havent joined company B and I dont want to join company B

1) Can i still continue to work with company A?

2)do i need to Take a Copy of the H1b Approval From Company B just for reference Purpose. even though i wont be joining ?

3) Can I stay with company A and Apply for Extension Through A?

2) Does not matter. Get it if you need it for your records. You can have as many H-1Bs as you want but can work only for one company.
