vssundeep1986 Posted November 14, 2012 Report Share Posted November 14, 2012 I am working on h1b with company A and I got offer From Company B and Company b applied for the h1b Transfer but he did not join company B at all he is working with company A and I decided not to join company B. My h1b tranfer is approved do I need to get the approval Document from the Company B just for the reference or i dont need anything for future. and I decided not to joined b so can I can continue to work with A and apply for the H1b Extension through Company A.
