prabhuvajjiram Posted November 13, 2012 Report Share Posted November 13, 2012 My Current L1B is expiring on December 2012 and has valid I94 till 2015, I know I can stay and work with same employer until my I94 expired. Also my labor approved and I-140 applied last week waiting for decision My question is, If I want to travel to India by March 2013 is there any option to come back? (With valid I94 my company said no need to apply extension also they are not ready to apply extension they are going to apply H1B by April 2013) Can I get Advance parole without getting L1B extension and come back to US Link to comment
