I have approved LCA with my current employer and they are holding the submission of application for H1B extension until I sign a ridiculous contract. I am not willing to sign the contract. So, do I have enough time to change employer now with 5 business days in hand? What happens if a new employer submits my H1B application a week after my current H1B expires?
