Belle
1. You can use AC21 again. This has nothing to do with the use of EAD. 2. I would not do it. Link to comment
SameerH1Bworker
Like you did before, you can still change employer & new employer has to file AC21. Just remember to change your address on USCIS if you move to different address. So, that you'll get GC on new address, whenever you get. Link to comment
Tamizh
Thanks Belle and Samir. With this new employer, using AC 21,can I work on W2( hourly billings) instead of a salary? Will this have any repercussions? Let me know your thoughts please!!! Link to comment
Belle
To qualify for AC21 the job should be full time (40 hours/week) and permanent (i.e. indefinite in nature). Link to comment
Tamizh
Thanks Belle. My priority date is June 26, 2007. I am planning to switch from my current company (which I had joined using AC21, BUT using H1B currently) to a new company in 2 weeks (where I'll be using my EAD and sending in another AC21). With all the current predictions about the movement in dates, will my company change affect my GC process? Link to comment
