fharose
Hi I have applied for extension and got an RFE. I am trying to look for options if my extension is denied. My i-94 expired on September-15-2012. If denied, will I have a grace period, if yes, how many days and from when it's counted ? Is it possible to apply a new H1 in premium processing with another employer ? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks, Link to comment

But not sure whether you can apply if your current H1 is under process Link to comment
cooldude76
No grace period after h1 is denied. If denied then same employer or a new employer can file for a new h1 under premium processing. Link to comment
