Options after H1B denial

Hi

I have applied for extension and got an RFE. I am trying to look for options if my extension is denied.

My i-94 expired on September-15-2012.

If denied, will I have a grace period, if yes, how many days and from when it's counted ?

Is it possible to apply a new H1 in premium processing with another employer ?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

If denied, you have no other option.

If possible apply new H1 in premium with another employer ASAP. But not sure whether you can apply if your current H1 is under process

If denied then same employer or a new employer can file for a new h1 under premium processing.

No,that's not possible. OP's I94 expired means he/she will be out of status if H1 is denied.

Yes this is true for persons in student visa and if this is the first h1 applied.
