Sliwka Posted November 12, 2012 Report Posted November 12, 2012 In June 2012 I went to the US Embassy in Poland for H1B visa stamping. They told me they need to investigate and sent my petition back to USCIS. I have checked the petition status on USCIS site which shows the Post Activity Decision. It says: "On September 5, 2012, we shipped this approved or re-affirmed case to the Department of State for visa processing. For more information, please contact them directly". I have called the Department of State and I found out that my case is still pending and the Embassy doesn't have any additional information. Does anyone know what will happens next and how much longer does it take?
