Need advise please

Hi Everyone,

I am on H1B, it is getting expired in 15 days and I have already applied for an extension under premium processing. Currently the status of it is 'Acceptance' but I have got an offer from some other client through different employer. My current project is going fine but the new offer is very good for which I am waiting for.

I need to do H1B transfer inorder to accept that offer, I don't want to take chances with my work status but I would like to ask can I apply for H1B visa transfer now before my H1B extension is approved?

Although it is premium process it takes atleast 1-2 weeks to get approval but till then I will loose the new offer. Please advise.

I would suggest to wait for current extension's approval and then apply for H1B transfer. PP takes max 15 days, so, new employer should not have any problem with 2 weeks delay in H1B transfer.
