H1B RFE response review -Regular

Hi,

RFE Notice Date : July 26,2012

Company informed me about RFE on 3rd Aug,2012

RFE Filed on : 10th Sep,2012 (with USCIS)

(Deadline mentioned on notice : 18th Oct,2012)

60 days over, but yet no update on site.Company has asked me to wait for 30 more days before querying USCIS about the RFE status..

If I upgrade to PP now, are there chances to get a quicker response ..? or waiting for 30 days would be a good option..

Yes. You can go with premium and you will get response in 15 days from the date of premium receipt

Work permit denied. I have not yet received USCIS documents regarding denial. USCIS site shows Decision as my case status.

Are there chances of getting work permit approved in post decision activity stage, after we send the proof?

Your H1 has been denied. You can't do anything until you receive the notice.

BTW what was the RFE about??
