irs Posted November 12, 2012 Report Share Posted November 12, 2012 Hi, RFE Notice Date : July 26,2012 Company informed me about RFE on 3rd Aug,2012 RFE Filed on : 10th Sep,2012 (with USCIS) (Deadline mentioned on notice : 18th Oct,2012) 60 days over, but yet no update on site.Company has asked me to wait for 30 more days before querying USCIS about the RFE status.. If I upgrade to PP now, are there chances to get a quicker response ..? or waiting for 30 days would be a good option.. please suggest Link to comment

Are there chances of getting work permit approved in post decision activity stage, after we send the proof? Link to comment
