My wife applied for H4-H1 this year and status is pending. so I have couple of questions. 1. If I want to transfer my H1 to comp B so I have to transfer my wife H4 also . Can I do the H4 transfer while her H4-H1 is pending ? 2. If I want to apply my H1 extension, I have to apply my wife H4 extension also. So here also same question, can I apply for H4 extension while her H4-H1 is pending ? Thanks for your Help!!!
