L1 Visa - Previous H1B details required?

Hi,

Myself Chintak Shah. I am currently working as Software engineer. I have 5 years of experience. My company is going to file L1 visa for me. but I have one problem here. 3 years before my previous organization has applied H1B visa for me. H1B petition got approved however stamping was not done. Now I have lost that h1b releated information (Like petition number.. etc). My previous organization has cancelled my H1B when I had resigned (Apr 2010).

So my question is

(1) While applying L1, is my previous H1B details are required?

(2) I had approached my previous company for giving me H1B details however they are saying they dont have that details as that entry got deleted from database. Can you please help in this situation what i can do? and how can i get my previous H1B details?
