DOL-WHD Complaint - Owner sells company

Had complained to DOL-WHD and the case has been under investigation for a while.

As something has happened which will be of interest to all backwage complainants, thought of starting a separate thread.

In my case, the company where I worked and complained about has been sold by its Owners while the case is under investigation.

The general consensus is that any backwage obligations should still be there for the company and new ownership should not remove that. However questions are raised on terms of sale etc.

What are the possibilities here ?. Will my claim be dismissed or continued ?
