H1 transfer from Parent to Sister company

Hi,

I am working for a parent company and joined this company in Sept 2011. They are running may pay stubs and W2 on sister company. The attorney while applying for PERM decided to apply for transfer and to sister company. Attorney initiated H1 transfer to sister company on June 12, 2012. Now I received RFE and asking for sending W2 of last year and pay stubs from jan 2012 to 12 June 2012. But pay stubs are on sister company. Now all this looking as though I was working illegally to sister company from Sept 2011.

This is my situation at present. I want to know, is there a way to get H1 transfer smoothly and how to respond to RFE.
