H1B Premium processing time

H1B applied date : Jun 04th

RFE date : Oct 15th

RFE response Review date : Oct 24th

Premium upgrade Date: Oct 25th

Acceptence Date: Oct 27th

11 days completed I didn't get any updates, I would appreciate if any one provide any views on this. Is it mandatory to approve with 15 calender days or it will be >15 calender days.

You should expect a decision within 15 calendar days.

have seen cases in which decision was given on the 15th day. If not they should refund the PP fees.

God's grace my H1 got approved today after 5 months, today is lucky date for me.

H1B applied date : Jun 04th

RFE date : Oct 15th

RFE response Review date : Oct 24th

Premium upgrade Date: Oct 27th

Hello Newbie.. did you file with VSC or CSC (vermont or california center?)

I got RFE recvd receipt with VSC on OCt 25th.. no result yet..mine was premium too..
