applying4usvisa
Hello, I appeared for visa stamping in August and I was given 221g (blue form). VO asked documents from my current employer including tax returns and wage report etc. My employer has refused to provide me financially sensitive documents and also took long time to submit me the rest papers. I will be getting documents in couple days. But in the mean time I found a new H1B sponsor willing to do H1B transfer (if possible) or file a new petition? In both cases I think new employer has to file a petition anyways, so what happens to my current valid petition? Should I submit the documents and see if I get through stamping and then ask new employer to make the move? If new petition is filed I can still got for stamping on old one? Please help. Thanks! applying4usvisa
so after submitting whatever documents my current employer gives me it will take god knows how long to get the result. So will it be any problem to apply for a new petition and appear for visa interview when current visa application is under admin processing? Please let me know your thoughts. Cheers, Link to comment
