Experts,

My I-94 and Petition is getting expired by Jan 2013. My company is filing for a premium processing. I have a pressing commitment to travel to India.

1. Currently my Petition is with Comp A and a valid visa till 2014 is with Comp B (Former).

2. Can my Dependents travel on receiving receipt . If so , do they need to go for stamping with me being here in US.

Also little tricky is an offer from company C which I anticipating. In either case , extension or transfer , can I do the above two scenarios .
