chirus12 Posted November 7, 2012 Report Posted November 7, 2012 Hi all, My I94 has expired and H1b renewal is in process. I joined for a masters course with my h1b. Can i change my H1b status to F1 with expired I94?
krialta Posted November 8, 2012 Report Posted November 8, 2012 you would need to wait till your H1b is approved. One would need valid I94 for COS.
