metroguy Posted November 7, 2012 Report Share Posted November 7, 2012 In the RFE letter USCIS generally specify the time duration. In my regular processing case they mentioned 15 days and they approved it in 10 days after replying to RFE. You can wait for 15 days from the date of reply to rfe and if they still dint update your case with in 15 days, then go for premium Link to comment
