arvindsir001 Posted November 6, 2012 Report Posted November 6, 2012 I've responded my RFE on June 21st and 3 week back , my Attorney told me that they USCIS has placed the inquiry on my case. It would be resolved soon. Any one has gone through similar situation or has any information on this?

Any one has gone through similar situation or has any information on this? @arvindsir001 even mine is a fresh petition and even after applying for premium processing I haven't yet received any response. My petition was filed on 1st June and it was upgraded to premium processing on 26th september. (CSC) I haven't received any RFE and my attorney has not provided me any reason or timeline. I'll check again with him. Let me know whenever you get a response.
