ramkrs80
Can we work for less than 40 hours on h1b or work for multiple employers for 40 hours on h1 ? Link to comment
JoeF
For working less than 40 hours, the LCA and the H1 would have to be amended for part-time. To work for multiple employers, each employer needs to file an H1 petition for you. Link to comment

But should get paid as per LCA. H1 employee needs an employer to sponsor. If you have multiple sponsors and approved h1 then you can work for those employers. Link to comment

You need to get paid for the hours. It is the employer's responsibility to give you something to do for these hours. He needs to pay you, even if he doesn't have any work for you. So it is in the employer's own best interest to make sure you have something to do. Link to comment
