L1 to H1 transfer from the same employer

Hi

I stayed in US for the employer A in L1 petition (With Extension done once) from April 2006 to September 2009 . Then got the L1 to H1 transfer done from the same employer A. Hence continued to stay in H1 from October 2009 to October 2010. ( sum total of L1 and H1 = 3 + 1.5 = 4.5)

Came back to my home country by october 2010. Applied for H1 Cab exempt in August 2011 and received the approval by february 2012 ( Validity : 8th FEB 2012 to 2nd APR 2013). Submitted an amendment with premium processing for change of client and received approval by March 2012 (Validity : 24th APR 2012 to 2nd APR 2013 ). Now got my Visa stamped for the H1 , it is valid till 2nd APR 2013).

For the past 2 years I am in my home country. Now If I travel to US how long can I stay.

Is it (6-4.5) = 1.5 years -> Subtracting sum of L1 and H1 stay.

Is it (6- 1) = 5 years --> Subtracting only the H1 staty period.

is it (6- 0) = 6 years --> Not subtracting anything as I have stayed for 2 years in my home country.

Could someone help me with the duration of stay remaining ?
