Time period between two H1-B transfers

Hi All

First, I'd like to say thanks to the experts who have provided guidance and help in this forum. I've already been benefited while reading some threads.

I have a question about the time period between two H1-B transfer. I transferred my H1B to Company A & joined them. For some reasons, this job does not work well. I have to change job again.

My question is how long I have to work for this company before I can transfer the H1B visa again? B'Coz some people say that one need to stay in a (new) company for atleast 6 months before next H1B transfer, some says we need 4-5 paystubs which is 2-3 months.

Does USCIS has any fixed time period between each H1B transfer?date on this?

I'm trying to avoid the risk of being denied for the next visa transfer.
