H1 B 221(g) White

Hi All,

I recieved a 221g white paper from the Visa office in Hyderabad last month when I went for the interview along with my wife and kid. The company has now provided all the additional documentation that has been asked for by the Visa officer at the consulate. the question i have is

a. Do I need to resubmit copies of the I 797? (I dont have the original since the visa officer took them away when we went for the interview)

b. Do I need to submit anything other than marriage certificate and birth certificate and passports for the dependent visas of my wife and child

c. What are the chances of visa stamping on recieving 221g white paper.

The company has now provided all the additional documentation that has been asked for by the Visa officer at the consulate.

Just submit all the documents which were asked to and wait for the reply.

I'm also in similar situation. I went for visa stamping in DEC 1st week and got 221g white form. I send email to embassy and got a response in Dec 1st week that they received all the documents and undergoing processing. VO took my passport and I797 form. I'm waiting from 3 weeks and didn't get any update.

obiwankenobi : Did you get any response from embassy?? Please update.
