H4 Stamping with new process

Hi,

I am going to get married in DEC and i want to take my wife for H4 stamping. I am on H1B visa and had valid visa too. With new process when i try to select state of residence as andhra pradesh, i could see only Hyderabadas as an option. Does it mean that my wife has to go to only Hyderabad for stamping or can she go to chennai too? In order to get chennai as an option its making me to select Tamil nadu as state of residence which is not true.

I am working as a contractor and i luckily got stamped last year at chennai. so I want to take an appoinment at chennai for my wife too.

what am i supposed to do now??

Do you think is it safe to go to hyd? I'm not able to find answer whether I can take my wife to chennai or not.

No You will be able to schedule appointment at any consulate. This can be done when you select the data of your interview. They will give you option to select any consulate in India.
