h1user123
Hello All, I am currently on H1B and working for employer A, now i got a job with Employer B, Employer B applied for H1 transfer and the transfer is approved, i still didnt join Employer B yet, now if i change my mind and want to stay with Employer A, should Employer A apply for H1 Transfer? or i can just stay with Employer A and work for him? Thanks. Link to comment
krialta
If you have not joined employer B, then just continue working for employer A. Nothing needs to be done my employer A. Employer B will revoke their H1B petition some point later. Link to comment
obiwankenobi
Hi, I have a similar question, but the situation is a bit different. I have an approved H1-B petition from employer A I have not got the stamping done yet. What happens if the consulate refuses to stamp the visa in my passport? is the petition void? Can the petition be transferred to another company and if so, what is the procedure? --Obiwan Link to comment
