I need to get my H1 Stamped and get my (then) Wife's H4 done during the same appointment. My question is, do we need to wait for the wedding date before making an appointment? In other words, can we schedule and interview for her H4 even before we are married (of course, the stamping date itself will be for a date after the wedding)? I spoke to my attorney at work and his answer was cryptic (a.k.a. I don't think he knows much about H4). Link to comment
