canadavisaapplicant Posted November 4, 2012 Report Posted November 4, 2012 Guys, I've submitted my DS160 with some inaccurate information for my appointment at Toronto, Canada (JAN 28 2013). "Are you applying in the same country where the visa above is issued and is this country your principal country of residence?" I've answered "YES" but apparently the answer should be "NO" as am attending at a consulate different(Toronto, Canada) than I've got my student visa(chennai, India). This all happened bcoz I was using an old DS160 dat file and forgot to make this change. I believe I've to create a new DS160 and submit/replicate this change by editing the visa appointment right? Do I still need to carry my old DS160 confirmation for VISA interview? Can anyone confirm the process? Quote
gear9 Posted March 1, 2020 Report Posted March 1, 2020 I am in a similar situation. What did you end up doing, and how was your experience? Quote
