hi friends(experts)

i am presently working with a company a and I got offer from company b in may 2012 and they applied for h1b transfer and on oct 24 i saw my case is approved on website and still i havent received the receipt and i am still working with company A .

my question are

1) Till what time i can work with company A and when i need to join company B?

2) Can i change my decision and stay with my present company?

3)When i recieve is it the day the Approval day or the day i saw on website?

4) if company B decides now not to give me job still can i work with company A and Have No probem what i need to do with Company B petition?
