Visa Stamping with less than two years left on H1B

Hello -

I work in Banking Capital Markets for a Big4 in NYC. I am visiting India in next couple of weeks and have to appear for my visa stamping in New Delhi. I currently have about less than two years left on my H1B i.e. I am nearing my six year limit. My green-card is in process.

I was wondering about experiences other folks have had with their visa stamping with while nearing their six year limit.

I would appreciate if someone in similar circumstances would share their insights.
