have Visitor Visa and apply for H4 Visa for my wife.

Hello All,

I am on H1b. I am getting married in December. I want to apply H4 visa for my wife in January.

My question is, My wife has 10 years Visitor visa which will end in 2016. and I want to apply for H4 visa, so Do I need to surrender my wife's visitor visa and then apply for H4 visa ?

can She come on her visitor visa after marriage ? Do we face any problem in future ?

B2 and H4 are two different types of visa's. One would not cancel/surrender other. Yes she could still use her B2 visa even after getting H4.
