H1B Transfer Receipt

How many days until we receive receipt from immigration for H1B Transfer? I know the approval can take 15 - 20 calendar days, but how about the receipt?

@Rule1 We went for Premium Processing. I have not gotten receipt yet since my docs are yet to be mailed. Hopefully, within this week. How about you?

Can everyone share their experiences here?

@mj129- When did they receive your packet ? My lawyer's Sent packet on Monday and received by them on Tuesday. I hope , I get receipt by at least Friday.

@Rule1 I'm not sure if my lawyer has sent them the docs yet. I will need to follow up.

What do you mean yours has already been sent and received by them? Doesn't that mean they have already received it and you're just waiting for decision now?

I am in same boat. My H1b transfer and approved LCA was sent to USCIS on friday(9th Nov) and I haven;t received the receipt number yet, its already been a week , its (16th today) and my transfer was filled under Premium Processing.

I am worried now. Do you know how much time can it take to receive the receipt number under Premium Processing.

Any help or info will be appreciated.

Is your check encashed? If yes then on the back of the check image you can see the uscis receipt no. Kindly verify and let us know.
