H1B - Ammendment needed for same employer - second office-in same city ?

My employer has two offices in the same city within 20 miles of distance between them. My H1b petition was filed with the employers corporate address and I'm working on the second location of the employer (20 miles from the corporate office in same city). I'm working as full time employee on the employer's office .

My H1B transfer is in progress.

Do i need to submit a H1B ammendment as I 'm working on the second office ?

Please someone help me .
