hotelrealdelrio
Hi, I would like to appreciate Murthy forum for giving me an oppurtunity to discuss with right people. I would like to know your suggestion on my below question. I have m Visa for 1 more year with my Previous Employer but he revoked my H1B petetion once i moved to a new Employer. So my question is that can i travel on previpus Visa (even after the H1B petetion is revoked) and with my new Employer petetion? As per legal they told me that the H1B visa will be invalid once the petetion is revoked & i should not travel on my Previous Visa. Appreciate if any one faced similar situation can share their experience. Regards, Prasad Link to comment
krialta
Who told you ?? - friend, employee, employer, attorney. If your visa is still valid then you could travel with your new petition without need for visa stamping. USA issued you the visa, employer will revoke the petition. If you have valid visa and valid petition you are good for travel. Link to comment
JoeF
When the old H1 is revoked, the visa does not get revoked. There is no problem to travel with the valid H1 visa and a copy of the new H1 approval notice. People do that all the time. Link to comment
