H4 - Visa stamp - INDIA - Question - Pls Rply

I am trying to take the receipt for H4 visa.

1, How to get the collection receipt online , I dont find it when I am trying fill through UStraveldocs.

2, on the page of passport details, what should I give for petetioner name, receipt number, start date and expiration date.

Greatly appreciate, if you anybody who know the process, please reply....

On the passport details page, your petitioner name will be your spouse employer and the prinicpal applicatin will your spouse and the visa class will be H1B. Petition number will be the number on the I-797 approval with expiry dates. I also booked interview for my wife for Nov 21st hyderabad.
