rick.lane58 Posted October 31, 2012 Report Share Posted October 31, 2012 Can one file for I-140 in premium after the PERM is approved, and then after receiving the receipt for the same, file for I-485 say concurrently, even if the PD date is not current? Also if the answer is yes for the above questions, then can he also file for Advanced Parole along with I-485 filing? I am checking my options to travel out of contry and enter US without going for H1b stamping. Appreciate any help here. Link to comment
