L1-B Renwal is in RFE, in this time Can i Apply for L1-A fresh renewal

HI All

I have question on my my L1B status.

Right Now my company is processing my L1B Renewal and that is got RFE (Request for Evidence).

Now My Company is ready to apply for L1 A for me, Can i apply for L1A at this time, is there any ligal problem because already my L1 B visa process in inprocess and it is in RFE.

Please suggest me on this.
