H1B withdrawl - Urgent Please

Hi ,

my H1B is approved which is effective from Nov 1, 2012, but decided to withdraw my H1 B petetion. right now i am on I94 (L1 is exprired). if my Consultant sends today H1 withdraw request, is my current status will aftect in any case?

Please note that if i will go out of US, i can't return as i don't have Visa, i have only I94.

Please advise as soon as possible.

Please consult an attorney. I-94 is not enough to travel back, you will need a valid H-1 work permit and valid entry visa stamp. If H-1b is withdrawn you will be automatically out of status so you need to check to make sure you do not get into that status while staying in the USA.
