visa appointment using ustraveldocs/in website.

I am trying to take the visa appointment for my wife for H4 visa stamping.

My question is, if we select the state of residence as Andhra Pradesh, is it possible that we can take the appointment in Chennai.

I know in the vfs-usa.co.in, we can select the visa appointment in other embassies too.

I just want to know using the new process, will it show the appointments in other embassies too or not.

there is no option like, an Indian resident in the US.
