Currently working for Company A in India and have a H1 B petition approved with the company. I have taken a long vacation and on H4 (Spouse on H1 B). Now Company A is willing to do a Change of Status from H4 to H1, such that i do not have to travel back to India to have my H1 stamped. In the mean time Company B is offering a Transfer/CoS from H4 to H1 based on Company A's petition. Is it legal and possible to Join Company B while Company A is also parallely processing.
