Job qualification changes in future for position A

Hi Everyone,

As an employer can i change the minimum job qualifications based on the demand in market.

For ex.

If the current specified qualification for a position A is - Bachelors and 5+ years of exp. I can sponsor green card under eb2 for an eligible candidate having Bachelors and 5+ years exp.

In future as i expand my team, can i recruit a non-Bachelors but 10 years candidate for same poistion

Senior Software Developer?

I am under confusion that since i already specified min qualification Bachelors in past while doing GreenCard cant i recruit another candidate who has good experience but no bachelors?

Since you are an employer, you need to hire a good employment immigration law firm to answer your questions. It is part of the cost of doing business. If you cannot afford the lawyers, you cannot afford to be in the offering a green card in any category. You appear to be a startup trying to hire family or countrymen.
