RahulSamu Posted October 30, 2012 Report Share Posted October 30, 2012 Hi, This question is about - whether my dependent (H4) need to attend the Visa Interview in India Currently, I am on H1B and I moved from Employer A to Employer B. My wife holds a valid H4 visa from employer A, till April 2013. She went to India, last week, on a personal visit and is planning to return to USA, next week. Question is – Does she need to attend Visa Interview, as I changed my employer? Though she has a valid H4 Visa (expires April 2013). Thanks, Link to comment
rajen.b Posted October 30, 2012 Report Share Posted October 30, 2012 Her visa is good till whatever date you have your I-797 is valid. She does not need new visa since her current visa is not expired. Link to comment
