epsatha Posted October 29, 2012 Report Posted October 29, 2012 Hi, My current H1B Visa is expiring by Mar-2013. For my current client the SOW is signed till this year end. In the client letter my client has mentioned something like below “The contract governing the prj scheduled thru Dec-12-2012. However, we expect that the prj will extend beyond that period” Will this statement create any issue in Visa extn? Any chance of for getting RFE? Or any change of getting extn for less period? -SP

krialta Posted October 30, 2012 Report Posted October 30, 2012 More info please. When is your employer filing your extension before or after Dec? Either the case its advised to get a client letter beyond your current visa expiry date.
