H4 Visa Stamping needed..?

Hi,

Currently, I am on H1B and I moved from Employer A to Employer B. My wife holds a valid H4 visa (issued) from employer A, till April 2013. She went to India last week, on personal visit and is planning to return to USA next week.

Question is – Does she need to attend Visa Interview, now, as I changed my employer? Though, she has a valid H4 Visa (expires April 2013).

She could travel on same visa. She needs to present new I797 from employer B at port of entry.
