H4-H1 B Visa Stamping - List of documents needed

Hi,

I came to US in 2012 december on a H4 Visa. Got H1B Visa for the year 2011(October). Started working from December 2011 - present in EC model. ( I am full time employee to a reputed consultancy firm and working as a contractor to a top MNC )

I am planning to go to India this december 2012 for H1 B Visa Stamping(First time H1 B Stamping)

Can you please list out the documents needed (Mandatory & Supporting Documents) for the stamping?

H, L, and other petition-based visa applicants should bring copies of the I-797, I-129, LCA, Client letter - simply all petition-related documents. Your employer should give you fullset. Also latest bank statements, pay stubs, tax returns, offer letter, resume, experience letters (if any).

Not sure if I missed anything, when you schedule an appointment you will be given a doc which does list the supporting docs required. Go through that list.
